Website X5 Evolution stuck on Preparing your Website for the upload...

I tried to upload my site via FTP by clicking Export to the Web and each time it gets stuck on - "Preparing your Website for the upload". It gets stuck at 98% sometimes 100% and then it stays there. I tried export to disk and the same thing. Does anyone have a solution for this?

They write Export to Web, but their illustration is Export to Disk.
