How to delete the (i) icon next to the fields in my email form

I used the standard icon to generate an email form in the footer of my template. It shows an "i" icon next to each field. How can I stop the form showing these icons please?

If you have entered a description under Options for each field in the Contact form object, i appears behind the fields for information.
If you delete the description, the i no longer appears.
