I notice that a recent thread on the question of credits appears to have disappeared - rather linke the credits themselves perhaps.

This takes me back to a thread I started in November last year. https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/fr/post/219705

It is a shame that the Powers That Be don't seem minded to do anything about it.

Yes Duncan, there are many discussions that are obscured here on the HELP CENTER.

Customers would prefer solutions to their requests and not disappearances of their requests...

Duncan, I agree your post should remain where users can see it. I tried to add a comment to bring it back to prominence but the post is closed. As the creator you may have more luck than I did, if you succeed we can all revisit and comment further :-)

(& it appears the recent post which prompted you to search for your original post has now been hidden?)

No, it is closed to me too. It would be nice to get a response from the management!

Incomedia is being rather ignorant on this issue.

It's unfortunate for them.

Hello Duncan,

the thread you mentioned has been set to private because in my reply I reported some author's personal information we are not allowed to report on public posts.

Please let me know if I can be of further help. Kind regards.

How convenient - we put personal information in so we had to hide it :)

Incomedia seems very reluctant to enter into this debate. Shame really :(

The product is good but the customer service...

Elisa can you chase this again please?

Hi Duncan,

unfortunately, as we already discussed on a previous post about Credits, I really doubt the Credit system, which has been put up this way for commercial reasons, is going to change. Again, if you or other users find yourself in a situation where credits are about to expire or have expired, we invite you to get in touch privately with us so to discuss the single specific situation and find a solution.

I thank you again and I wish you a nice day.

@ ALL

Yeah, credit policy is just ridiculous - I have not heard that someone could take away your money if not spent in a certain period of time - except if it's called a robbery.

But INCOMEDIA policy stays the same despite all the inputs and requests from users!

What does that tell you?
