Database is not complete updated after the order is placed  en

When a registered customer makes a purchase, this should be updated in the database. This was until December 23rd. A new customer can register but not all data is saved (address, phone is missing)

php 7.4 latest version of Website X5 pro

Hello.Try deleting all site files from the hosting and re-uploading it.Clear your browser and server cache (if any).Recheck your database connection settings.Check the hosting error logs.

  1. Ask your hosting provider for the address to connect to the database. Something not localhost.
  2. Check with your hosting provider if they are blocking you.
  3. Disable your antivirus and firewall temporarily.
