hi,
when i try to install a picturee from online library it says "Generic error"
please help me.

Check firewall permissions or try without.

it doesn't work((
Let me check if it works with my evo v13, hold on....
i am getting same error, checking other versions, hold on.....v15 evo as well error,
checking older pro version hold on.....v13 pro as well error.
v16 evo works.
So it looks like from v16 evo and lower that this occurs.
I have set this post for incomedia to check.
please wait for there responce hopefully they can help......
