Export from Evo V12 to Import into Evo V2021

I wonder if somebody can help me please.
I have been using Evolution V12 for quite a few years and all is still good with it.
I recently bought V2021.
But, when I try to Export projects from V12, so that I can import them to V2021, it tells me this:
"It is not posible to complete the export. The Cloud file provider is not running.)"
Can anyone help me make V12 export please?

Where do you upload v12 project to? cloud?
try a harddrive or usb mem stick.

No. I choose to Export it to hard drive folder.
One project successful.
But other projects have this error.
All of the projects work good in V12.
I can't understand what is wrong.
Chris, it sounds like one drive causing an issue. Try export to a local folder (perhaps C:\website X5 projects) rather than a folder in documents. There are numerous posts of difficulties caused by cloud synchronised folders and backup software.

I just created a new folder on a different drive, but still I get the same error.
If I knew what "Cloud file provider' was, maybe I could fix it?

Cloud File Provider normally refers to "whoever" is holding your files in the cloud. Microsoft have a bad habit of moving the documents and pictures folder into the one-drive folder (usually after subscribing to office 360). If you are not logged into one-drive the files are frequently not available.
You say you have a second hard drive? As long as it is not a USB drive can you create a folder on there and copy the incomedia folder from documents to the new folder? If successful you can run wx5 and open settings and set the default folder to the new location.
If you are not running one-drive, perhaps dropbox?
If i understand it is only for 1 project? The other projects went well?
But the error does not suggest a project error... soo i am a little confused by that, or do i misunderstand?
Does a small new projectt work? Is this partikel project bigger or in an other way different?

It was crazy OneDrive that was causing my issue.
All my 11 Projects now live in V2021

So cloud drive (one-drive) was the problem - just for other users.

Yes. But, it did not register in my mind 'OneDrive' as I had problems with it and signed out of it in January.
It was only when somebody wrote 'Esach..' wrote 'One-drive, that I thought, argghhh! :)
haha, wel it's solved that is most importand.
