The project loads extremely slow  en

Hello, 

I have a project that was initialy made in version 2020, than moved to version 2021.1.3, everything was ok.

And now in version 2021.1.4 the sections are loading extremly hard, the subsections as well.

The animations some of them are not shown.

I have tried to import the project and not double click no it, same result.

Some times in the preview mode the website is not shown and I have to open it with a browser.

Any advide would be preciated.

Check a few points:

  • firewall  see that x5 has full pernissions.
  • see that you don't use empty spaces on pages (white area) use margins button if you want space or if not other wise possible an empty html or seperator object.
  • see that all works localy try to avoid remote drive and cloud drive's

Hello 

Thank you for the prompt response.

I did a computer restart.

I checked the firewall options and x5 has full permissions.

I have open the program , selected the project, and waited for 3-4 minutes, without doing anything in the front.

Now everything is back to normal, the website is visible in the preview and it loads normal.

ok, could also be a server problem that Incomedia server from whatever site needed more time to load information, sometimes this is also after a time not used, then more info needs to be updated/refreshed.
