I can confirm that as of now, you cannot sort nor move these elements, but you can surely rename and delete them
What happens if you click on one of the options and select "Remove"? Does it not disappear? What about rename?
Double-check this for me and keep me posted

I've tested this personally for you and it seems to work fine. I would like to understand whether this can be caused by your installation or by the project.
Please try to create a new project just for testing and add some new options like these again
Try renaming them. Does it work on this new project or not?
If not, the issue is probably on the project only
Try this out and keep me posted on the result

Hi, start Website X5 as administrator (right click on Website X5 icon and choose "Run as administrator") and see if it keeps giving you that problem.
