Animated Headlines not working evo 2121.3.3

Following the upgrade to EVO 2021.3.3 I have a page which has an animated headline.
I've loaded the page which contains the animated headlines to update the contents, but when I edit the section of the page for the object, the page just presents a blank screen with no options as shown in attached file.

Hello. Just checked it out. Everything seems to be fine. Try to check for an update for the object, try temporarily disabling your antivirus and firewall, try reinstalling the program, run the program as administrator. Hold down the CTRL key and, without releasing it, press the preview button.

Reinstalled EVO 2021.3.3 with AV disabled
Widget appears to be the latest version as will not let me download
Running as Administrator and same happens
After opening animated headlines blank screen - then held down CTRL key and clicked on Preview and crashes with the attached debug

I've done some further testing and if you add a new Animated headlines to a page, it works as expected.
If you go to edit an existing animated headline like the existing one on our page - COVID19 - Friendly and inclusive fencing club for over 30 years (abingdonfencing.club), that is when you get a blank screen with no options to amend the contents.
It seems that you will have to recreate all such objects.
