Still a problem viewing preview video in X5 Evo version 2021.3.5

As can be seen from the various posts, there is a long standing problem previewing video in X5 - "This video can't be playedin this browser" (or any other browser as it happens!) After reading other posts, it seems the answer is to export the project to a disk and view the completed website...which indeed works, but is a complete pain (and unacceptable that this has gone on so long!)
My question, whilst the export method works viewing the website on a say a desktop, how do I check videos work correctly on my mobile devices please?

If you don't want to upload the page (yet), then you need to preview it by copying the URL above and pasting it into an external browser.
The internal BRowser is a Chromeclone and has been completely stripped down. Therefore no special video formats work .

Graham, when using Evo the simplest full browser preview is achieved by going to step 5, export website to disk.
I create a folder (web) inside my project folder. I then simply open the index file in that folder to preview in Firefox, Chrome, Edge, etc.
This is also a great place to store the iwzip of your project (step 5, export the project). I rename by adding the date to each iwzip file. Please do not rely on the built in backup routine (down arrow next to save button)
