I need to include the path to my backups, in my daily NAS backup

Gerrit, by default your backups are in the backup folder inside each project folder.
However, please do not rely on these backups for recovery after catastrophe. Far better to go to step 5, export project and create an iwzip of each project frequently. You can add date to each file name and choose the destination
When I do the Export process like Esahc says, I name each new export in a way that includes the date and choose a folder on my computer that my NAS looks for and backs up from. That way I know if I do have to import a backup, it will be safely stored outside of my computer.
