Online store spacing between header

Is there a way to increase spacing, between the online store shopping cart page and the header? I dont see an option to change the margins or add a simple seporater.
Or alternativley add a banner the top of the online store page?
Please see attachment, feels very squashed.

Online shopping requires a mandatory hader because of course the padding is too small ... We ask developers to change that ...

I have a header, however I want to increase the space between the cart details and my headre, as per my attached image.
Only in template structure > page contents and select pading...
(It > En) ... if you can't do it with program options, then you can definitely do it with EXTRA code, simple, easy and fast ...
... in this case, if you are interested, you must post the LINK of your cart, ... otherwise I will not return here and you ignore my Post...

Hi, follow this screenshots (my software's language is italian):

You can vary the 50px value based on how much space you want to insert above.
