Hello,
Actually, there is no way to align the menu text to the top like that:
By default the items are presented like that:
It's only a problem of adding a parameter to the Menu object 
Thanks by advance to the developpers to add this possibility

Actuellement il n'y a pas de possibilité d'aligner les éléments du menu.
Par défaut l'alignement vertifical des items se fait centré :
Il serait intéressant de pouvoir les aligner en haut, comme ceci :
