Output has blank page

On this page Delta Dream (dreamfoundationmobileal.org) there is a link in the header that say "Tickets for Dance Collage. When I click the link, all I get is a blank page. When I enter the link directly in the browser the page I am navigating to shows up. When I click the link in the email I got from the person that sent me the link, the page is displayed. As stated earlier, I get a blank page when using the link on the site we use.

Is this a pdf?
If so try open in a shadow box because there is a temporary issue with open in new page If it is a standard web page, select open I new window.

It is set to open in a shadow box. I will try a new window.

I got to work in a popup window.
When I click on the "Tickets for Dance Collage" link I see this website.
Tested with Firefox and Edge, both browsers have popups blocked in the settings, but the link is still displayed.
