Unable to Upload Website to Internet - ftp and Database connection parameters

I am unable to Upload Website to Internet
It appears Website X5 Evo requires more information regarding "FTP and Database connection parameters"
I think there is a new screen asking for "Server folder with write access"
The site is currently hosted by 123-REG
The Website address is http://www.kingsHeathRooms.co.uk
Could you give me more information so I ask 123_REG the correct question?

Hello. Enter the name of the folder to record in the field. For example, "temporary" (without quotes).
Then create a folder with this name in the root folder of your site. You can do this with the help of the file manager on hosting.

Actually I went back in to Website X5 Evo later in the day and - without changing anything - it allowed me to upload www.KingsHeathRooms.co.uk, with no error message
Weird (and a bit worrying)!
Any idea what caused it?

Unfortunately in your screenshot, I can't see the exact error you got so it's hard to determine exactly what caused it
