Any help?

I don't think that's a hosting problem. Because I have tried exporting different websites on different hostings in different countries. And this error also appears.
As a clue, I can give you that I changed my internet operator. Since then, I have a problem with the X5. But these may not be network issues because rest of my software is working normally.

I solved the problem. Maybe it will be useful to someone. It is a transfer issue, FTP > SFTP. Must be changed to SFTP. I noticed one thing, on one of my Polish hosting, there were no problems after switching to SFTP. But on one of the UK hosting, X5 refused to connect via SFTP. The conclusion is that you probably need to change the server parameters when someone wants to transfer via SFTP, it probably depends on the hosting provider.
PS
It is worth adding that I connected to my network via tethering.
