Hi,

Just purchased the upgrade / Pro version today and switched on the webp for a new web site and the images aren't appearing.

https://accountancyemployment.co.uk/index.php

Anyone else having the same issues or have I missed something else that I need to do apart from the tick in this image.

Thanks as always.

Andy

My Firefox browser says:

-----

HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.

Let's wait and see what the moderators can say or Incomedia.

Otherwise remove the mark at "WebP".

A little tip for users of WebSite X5 in the Evo version:

Open photos with the IrfanView program and save them in JPG format with "Quality = 70". This saves around 50% in file size compared to the original Pixabay photos.

Hello. Judging by your mistake, this is due to the IIS server that you are using. The bottom page says: "This error occurs when the file extension of the requested URL is for a MIME type that is not configured on the server. You can add a MIME type for the file extension for files that are not dynamic scripting pages, database , or configuration files. Process those file types using a handler. You should not allow direct downloads of dynamic scripting pages, database or configuration files.". You may find it useful https://www.itnota.com/serving-webp-image-iis/
But it is better to contact the technical support of your hosting.
