Not receiving emails/order forms  en

I hosted a website on Websitex5 server and it was working perfectly, I was able to receive emails and order forms (filled in by the customers). But later I shifted to AWS for hosting and I am not able to receive emails and order forms, though one is able to submit contact and order forms successfully, they never arrive at the desginated email address. Please guide me why is it so and what I need to do. I am providing links to both hostings:

What was specified as an e-mail address in WebSite X5?

In WebSite X5 under "5 Export > Export the website to the Internet" under "Parameters" in the "E-Mail" tab, you must enter your own domain email address for many web hosts.

Example:

Domain > queenofthesweets.com

Domain mail address > ***

-----

In the "Object contact form" under the "Send" tab, the same domain mail address should also appear under "Recipient's email" under "Send data".

Sorry, the forum software replaced the email address with "***".

Here is the domain email address with spaces, since of course they have to be left out when pasting into WebSite X5.

Domain mail address: contact @ queenofthesweets.com
