The easy way would be to put a text-object in top.
Then have this as text
EN | ES | IT | FR |
Try clicking on the EN, ES or IT

Yes, but what do I link the text to for the translation of my pages for each language?

Normally a site with "real" language translation have a project for each language in a subfolder.
