Template Content Does Not Update on the Home Page

I added a new page called "Partnerships". When I did this, the menu also updated. I adjusted the size of the menu box to accomodate the additional page; however, the Template header updated all pages EXCEPT the home page. Why is this? It prevented me from rolling out a site to a client.
Attached is my project. You will see the menu content under the social media content on the home page, but all other pages have the menu content shifted (appropriately). Why is the home page not updating?

Unfortunately no further information, links or attachments. Maybe clear the browser cache.

I can see that you attached the entire website project, but I actually only needed the online URL so that I can check the website pages myself.
Can you let me know the URL of the website or is the entire project the only way to check it at the moment?

Entire project is the only way to check unfortunately. I don't have a test site set up for this project (as it's small), and I can't put the project on the production site now as my client is in the midst of a conference.

If you open the project and just press "preview" you can see the same thing.

I'm unsure what caused this desync, but I can see that you can fix this by deleting all completely empty rows from your Homepage:
These ones for example.
If you remove all of these from the homepage, the project will receive a nice boost in performance and the page seems to update again
Can you try this out and see if it works for you?
