No connection with incomedia server

Hi, I have just purchased the Website x5 evolution 9 and when trying to register it, showa a message that it can connect to incomedia server. Could you provide some help with that? Thanks!!

disable the windows Firewall and antivirus, and run the program with "run as administrator".

I have tried as you indicated but all I got is the same message after including the code: it can not connect to the server.(Please, check picture attached)
Any other idea is welcome!

check you internet connection and verify if the firewall is disable.
Have you run the program with right click and selected "run as administrator".

It was a problem with the internet proxy we use and it is already sorted:)
