Asap i Try to update to the newest 2023-2.5 the answer is:
No registered example from Incomedia website X5 available.
And after that websitex5 is closed, but our supsciption is valid till Oktobre 2023
I tried several different days, but stll the same.

The best way is to go to your profile menu at the top right of this page and select My License->Downloads. There you will find, among other things, the current installation file. download and start it. This should work.
