How to remove the ribbon "sale" or "new" in the shopping department

We can't remove the ribbon in the shpping department. It stay on " new" or "sale". WE don't see how we can switch of this option.

you can check, both for the Product Catalog object and the Product Search special page, what the settings for ribbons currently are here:
If there is an image set for either the New or Discount ribbon, you can remove it by right clicking the field for the image file and choosing the "Remove" option.
