Copy web page cells in bulk to insert into another page

I have created over 300 cells that I need to copy onto another page - to do these one-by-one is ridiculously time consuming.
I should be able to highlight a number of lines, then copy and paste like on other programs.

Why don't you copy the whole page and delete the unnecessary rows or columns?
