If the marketplace object doesn't work, you can use alternative tools for 360 images, but I don't want to take away Incomedia's marketplace revenue stream.

Thanks Łukasz M.& Daniel W.

I do agree with your stand dear Daniel W.

But isn't it the Incomedia team's duty to reply to it? Friend Aleksej H. has forwarded it to the concerned team. Does it take so many hours to reply yes or no? Saddened by the experience.

I have noticed many times that the Incomedia team never replies in time.

I agree dear Daniel W.

Community is literally a 'community', to help each other. But isn't it Incomedia's duty to clear the doubts of their own customers regarding their product?

And do you really think, they have to answer thousands of inquiries every day? If yes, it's good.

Regards

Mandar

Hi Mandar,

you can use any App to create spherical photographs, as they tend to work in the same way.

Please check out this guide about how to use Photo Sphere Viewer, I am sure it will be useful to help you understand how to use this Object:  https://guide.websitex5.com/en/support/solutions/articles/44002481415

Thanks! Kind regards.
