Kunde erhält Bestellbestätigung in Hieroglyphen

es ist inzwischen nun schon öfter vorgekommen, dass Kunden die Bestellbestätigung in Hieroglyphen erhalten; der Großteil erhält alles ganz normal. Ich bekomme bei Testbestellungen auch alles normal. Einige Kunden teilen auch mit, dass z. B. bei den Kundendaten nur "Elfenbeinküste" statt Deutschland als Lieferland zugelassen wird. Hat jemand eine Idee??

Ich glaube denen wenigen dürfte es ein Problem mit den Einstellungen des Email Klienten geben. Kommt darauf an was die verwenden? Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird usw....
Was genau hast du für ein Email Skript eingestellt unter "5" Export ins internet bei den Parametern beim Reiter "Email"?
Das 2. Problem dürfte ein landspezifisches PC Problem sein. Kommen die aus einem gewissen Land die was dieses Problem haben?

Hi, ja ich dachte mir schon, dass bei den Emails z. B. Outlook etwas nicht richtig eingestellt ist bei den Leuten.

Leute kommen aus Deutschland und bestellen in Deutschland aus einem Shop in Deutschland :D

Also alles korrekt eingestellt bei mir? Liegt also an den PC-Einstellungen der Leute?
Möglicherweise ist das Bild als Banner zu groß was du unter "2" Email Layout eingefügt hast.
