To export my website with ftp now it as my information about database but I DON'T have any data base on my websiste.
Do you have an idea ?

maybe PushNOtification...
disable Push Notification

Helo Remi,
as Claudio said, I would check if the Push notifications are on, and also if the website statistics are active.
Both can be checked in Step 1.
