Is there a way of customizing the no result found in the search? If the user has not found an item that they have searched for on my website, I want to add a link to no results foind that directs them to another website where they will find what yhey are looking for.

Maybe into the language translation you can change the message.

Not tried from my side. undecided

You can try to include html code into your message like:

No result found: please go to this link to find more <a href="https://www.example.com">infos</a>
