Cannot update pages

When I go to Open and Existing Project there is no pic of the website but there is a description of the website with the date last updated. I click on the blank spot and the website loads and I can click on Map. A sitemap Creation is generated and I can click on a page to update it but the page that comes up is BLANK. Therefore I cannot update the page. How can I get the pages to come back? What has happened? I just updated to Website Pro 2024.1.8. www.napa-missouri.com It shows online great but cannot update the pages.

Reinstall the program by clicking on the user name at the top right and selecting “My Profile”. Here you can download the WebSiteX5 program under "Download" and the license key for the installation under "License Key".
Start WebsiteX5 as administrator.
Right click on icon , run as administrator !
And verify your antivirus and firewall.
