I have a Stripe account and am trying to set it up on my X5. I entered my email address and password and proceeded to the Windows security confirmation screen. However, I cannot read the QR code that is displayed. What could be the problem?

Hello Hajime,
could you please follow these steps and try the onboarding again?

1) Remove the Stripe payment method from the project.
2) Close WebSite X5.
3) Go to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro and delete the folder browsercache.
4) Restart the computer.
5) Disable temporarily your antivirus/firewall, and run WebSite X5 as admin.
6) Try to add Stripe again, and to link your account.

Hello,
we have investigated and found an issue with this configuration for multifactor authentication in the internal browser.
We will look into this, I would recommend in the meantime setting a phone number as the authentication method, so that you can instead receive a code.

In the case of Sprite, identity verification is generally done by reading a QR code with a smartphone or an access key on a USB. In addition, you can also verify your identity with the backup code you created when you created your account. This time, I used the backup code. Thanks to Eric's advice, I was able to set it up. Thank you Eric.
