Connection Error during Access Management Update

Hi,
After upgrading to version 2024.4 when I click on the update button to update the access management data I get a message box saying:
"Connection error: It is not possible to complete the operation."
Also, when I try to access the restricted pages of my website I get the following error:
"This page isn’t working right now
www.probusclubwahroongaeast.org.au can't currently handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"
What can I do to resolve this issue?

Hello David,
I am sorry about the issues.
I would recommend checking your PHP version and making sure that it is between 8.0 and 8.2.
When exporting the website, do you get any warnings about the database?
