Why do row heights vary so much when copying and pasting from a Word document?

Hello
Many of my customers send text to me in a Word document to be copy and pasted to their websites but often when the website is published there are variances in the row heights from what was pasted into the text box.
This can sometimes range from paragrapghs or sentences going from single height up to 1.5 or even twice the row height.
Any ideas would be appreciated or is it a word (2010) problem?
Kind regards
Ross

When copying from Word and other sources, invisible formatting can be copied along with it, so I take the detour via the Window Editor to get rid of unwanted formatting.
Hi Ross P,

The solution is simple, when copying the text from Word and pasting it into the text field in WX5, don't preview site, first, select all the text and cut it, then paste it again and the problem will be solved.
If you have difficulty understanding the steps, I will send you a short video to explain.
when you copy from WinWord or other similar editing software, formatting is also copied, which can create serious problems.
To copy text WITHOUT these formatting, in Website X5 (as well as in all windows programs) simply paste the test with
CTRL SHIFT V

Hi all
Thank you Daniel W. and Moh Baba Ali.
I will try your suggestions next time this happens.
I appreciate your replies and help.

You are shown 2 ways to avoid it:
1. Always copy the text and paste it into a text editor as the free Notepad++ - and then copy it back into X5.
Advantage of this is, that you see what is finally copied into X5, and don't forget to remove the "unvanted".
Disadvantage is, that it is kind of troublesome.
Or
2. Always copy the text and then insert using Ctrl shift V.
Advantage of this is, that it is easy.
Disadvantage is, that you might forget the Ctrl thing and if the text is very similar to the result, then you might not notice the forgotten Ctrl.
The easiest is using 2. as Claudio suggest, and by time you will get used to it.
