i have website x5 v13.1.5.15, i know its old, but when i have done mailing form for customer to contact me i jus get:

On server is 8.4 php vesrion and its put on php mailer in software

please consider WebSite X5 is not compatible with version 8.4 of PHP, you should please set one between 7.1 and 8.2.

ok have changed to 8.2, but its the same, try the contact page and fill the contact form and send it. ullsee

apologies for the distraction, for a version of the software as old as v13 unfortunately even 7.1 would be too recent, what is the oldest possible version you can use on your hosting space?
I would also suggest checking the situation with your hosting provider, as error 500 is an unspecified server side error and they should have additional information about the specific details of it.
