Close one account and transfer the assets to another  en

I recently discovered quite by accident, that I have two Incomedia accounts, one of which is empty, other than now having 50 credits purchased through it.

This empty account (***) has no product licenses or hosting or anything other than the 50 credits I accidently purchased through it. Is it possible to transfer the credits to my active account at *** and close this empty account out?
