How do I download my original purchase? I can only download the upgrade in my account information. I need the full version before I install the upgrade. I purchased X5 v8 upgrade some time ago (Few years).
This new support site is awful. A score to submit a ticket? Have to wait before you have to put your question in again? Where are my old tickets that I could just log into and then get the download link to download the full version?

Found it, I had to edit the URL as I can download the full version in other languages in my account, but not English. I can only download the upgrade in English. Weird eh? English file is called wsx5_ev_en.exe
