Unable to download and install T-shirt template

When I want to create a new page and select the T-shirt template, it starts downloading and installing, then stops and displays the message "The download process could not be completed." I have the latest PRO version.

I am sorry about the issue.
What internet provider do you have, and are you using a VPN?
