Hello Ahmed,
please check if the OneDrive connection is working properly, and make sure to have full access to folders found on OneDrive-related directories, and also whether antivirus/firewall may be restricting access.
Alternatively, switch to a local folder for the storage of projects instead of a cloud-based one.
If you do this, make sure to copy all contents of Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Agency and paste them into the new folder.

Hello Ahmed,
you can set the desired path for the project folder in the Preferences settings, in the start page of the software.
