Software Developers and engineers don't necessarily have to be from the exact same country where a particular software is developed, and yeah preferably invite them in as guest / tourist for the old in and out experience. If all Incomedia software developers and engineers live in Italy itself then perhaps all expenses paid trips to Spain or France may serve as some motivation. Getting them out of their cubicles/offices and into a more relaxing setting for a little R&R (rest and relaxation) would be the main objective here.
