I am not recieving order E-mails. I have changed the script type in the preferences tab at the beginning, and I have tried re-installing the software completely on my PC. I have also tried calling my hosting provider and checking out the PHP version to see if that was an issue. They said that it is the most up to date versions and that there were no issues.

is the issue related only with the email sent to the owner (you), do your customers get the confirmation email back?

could you provide me with the url of your site so I can test it?

Also please attach a screenshot of the tab "customer details" under the shopping cart section, thank you

Yes the customer recieves the confirm E-mail but I do not recieve an order E-mail

Hello I am having exactly the same problem. The client receives  an e-mail but I do not receive it . I have tried sending two different e-mail addresses those is the user and the client.  The client receives and acknowledging e-mail every time but not me.

I have tried the three different script types in the preferences.  I have spoken to my hosting company and they are running PHP 5.25.

hi there, my spam folder is clear, no emails in there.

I have tried every combination of Email POSt and GET with the three server scripts and all I can get is the client email not one to me.  Even tried different email addreses, no luck.

Really need some help on this one.  Have a great day...

I see that you don't have the latest software version, please upgrade WebisteX5 and export again the whole site, hopefully this could solve the issue, thank you

Hello,

probably the issue is related with your hosting provider, it cannot support multiple email sending but just one every, say, 1 minute.

Another possibility is that it cannot support the email with attachment, so if it was your case, try to uncheck the CSV attachment option.

Finally, try to use another email, not from the same provider but a new one from another provider (ie gmail), sometimes providers delete automatically the email marked as spam.

Has not worked yet. I do not understand, it worked perfectly fine in X5 version 8. But, now you have the new server scripting option in preferences and now no one gets their order E-mails. It is obviously a known issue with other users. Look at how many people are viewing the blog.  Is there any way we can keep the version 9 but, revert back to the E-mail functionality of version 8?

may I ask you for your ftp connection so I can try tu upload a simple site myself and see what's going on with the email? 

you can mark this post as private from the box on the right sidebar so only you and me will see the ftp parameters.
