Shopping cart return button?

Is there a way to add a button that will allow someone to go back to the shopping cart, if they continue shopping but don't find anything else, without having to add another item to the cart? I have looked but not had any luck finding an option for this.

Hello David,
I assume you are using Evo 9.
I inserted a 'view cart' entry in my menu:
In step 2: drag and drop the cart ebtry in the "special pages" section and rename it "View Cart" (I also added a separating line)
