I imported this project from x8,
I cannot seem to get rid of the 'page contents' appearing on the home page in top left corner.
Also the title of the home page only says 'my title' I have tried altering this in several places but cannot seem to change it.

Good morning Aidan,
please look into Step 4 ''styles and Models'' and make sure you have not enabled the ''page title'' or eventually disable it then let me know if the issue is solved. If it isn't please attach a screenshot of your entire page preview. Thank you!

the box is not ticked...
Tell you exactly where it is..... INDEX/HOMEPAGE
Sitemap Creation/Page properties/Expert/Custom Code/Before </BODY> Tag....
Also you have two Google Analytic codes and the scripts you have are asynchronous........ of which, only one should be inserted into the <head>

I now have the website title in the general settings basic.
I have removed everything from the expert except one google verification tag. inc both google analytics codes.
I removes extended page title and page description from the sitemap creation.
I have deleted custom code from the page properties - expert
I reloaded the complete site.
I still have 'my title' and the 'page contents',.. i updated the sitemap on google, will this take a while to filter down?

ok, I went in to the index.html on the hosting site and deleted some of the coded manually :)
title now ok.
page contents stil there but only on home page. i can live with this small gremlin.
