Is it possible to place and justify an email form to the center of a page?

Youcanuse it in"3.Createthepage"3 columns andputthemailforminthemiddle column,the column widthcanbeadjusted.

Thank you, it looks slightly better like that however is it possible to align the text and the boxes to be centered if you know what I mean instead of everything being left aligned?
Unfortunately Iknow ofno way thefieldsand textto be centeredinmail form,perhapsthey would havetomailaform inHTML and/orJavaScriptinstalled.
