Google cannot use the code to reference my site

The person who works on referencing my Evolu 9 site on Google tells me that Google can read the pages but the source code cannot be used for referencing the content. Can you help me with that : is the source code blocked or something ? How can I unblock it ? Or is there soemthing else I should do ? Thanks for your help. Sophie
