Advertising picture

In advanced settings (4) Advertising... I choose nr 6 Page Peel in upper right corner of my homepage. I choose a picture, but the picture is not alligned to to page peel:( What size does the picture be? I change the size of the page peel from 150 till 700, the page peel is getting bigger and bigger, but the picture is still appeared for the half.

the image can be any size but it's better if it's a square ( same width and height).
