I got a major virus and now my iwp file is gone. My website is still up and running but I need to update it without starting from scratch. What do I do?

I can access all my website data by ftp but then what? There is no .iwp file on my website ftp just all the other stuff.

thanks for the help. Ok I got the website just about back to normal. I am using evo8 and I am thinking of upgrading and buying evo9. Is the transitions easy as in do I just buy 9 and then import my evo8 iwp file or how does that work? I'm not buying 9 if it is going to be trouble. Also is 9 much better than 8 in the first place?

free version of 9 wouldn't let me import so I don't really even know if it will work or if I want to spend the money when 8 works.
