Text labels do not show on blog

My blog page has a black background. It is built on one of your templates. You can view it at www.shorecycling.com I cannot find any way to change the color of the text that shows up when people go add their name, email address, etc. Is there a way to change the color of the text label so it shows up to guide people to place their name and email from something other than the default black.

Hello Andrew,
If you go on Menu 4 "Styles and Models" select form the dropdown menu "Page Text" and change the color to something more visibile.
