I have recently purchased your product X5 v9 and received what I believe to be a retro version. The download took approximately 10 hours on dail up and then to be told there is an upgraded version the same day I downloaded the product is what I would call distasteful. The update section of your website has not worked in 6 attempts and after reading countless posts and F.A.Q's that did not contain anything relating to my problem I happened accross a post from last April which said to download the latest version from the Profile page. This I have done which took another 10 hours or so but having read other posts that say be sure you do not have 2 different versions on the computer, what do I do now. I have downloaded and saved the latest version. I have the old version running on the p.c. where do I go from here, do I delete the old version completely and reload the newer one, do I run the newer version so it overwrites the old one. Please explain how I can be using the latest version of X5 without having to go through another download.
