Hello

I'm trying to include text on multiple pages using PHP include (See post - http://answers.websitex5.com/post/47358).

My product pages were defined as product1.html with a widget box to include the code in the position I require.

This did not produce the required result, so I thought I would change the product page to product1.php

Unfortunately this did not work either, so maybe it's something I've done wrong.

Obviously I can overcome the problem by pasting to each page.

My question is however, if I change/save a file as .php why can't I see this extension in preview?

The project continues to show .html in explorer and in preview.

In fact I do not think the preview is being updated at all as I just changed a horizontal gallery to a vertical one and the horizontal one remains!

I've cleared the browser cache but to no avail, I've renamed the project and that hasn't done anything either.

Currently I'm stuck with an old preview... what next?

php is running - you also need to php on your machine.PHP you see in X5 only online, unless you are working locally with xampp there too but never X5 in the preview site. Conclusion - Test online
