Can not install update 10.2.24  en

I am unable to install update 10.2.24. The progrm says: "Error while updating: 406" and "Verify that all programs are closed and restart the update." They are all closed, even my anti-virus. What is wrong?

If you use win xp :

Website x5 did not close correctly. And it is still in memory, open up your taskmanager, remove all websitex5.exe in process tab. Then try again. Do this during update (directly after the update program has closed X5)

Opening taskmanager depend on you OS. ctrl - shift - escape is the most common keys (all together) or ctrl-alt -del.
Or
Type in at start -> run -> taskmgr and enter

The bug has been reported. the above is a workaround

I could not get the update on because some of the files was proteced against delete. So I copier all files down in a sub dir exept imRegister then i installed the new file that was on the web. Then everything works fine. :-)
