Logo not showing in emails sent from site

I know this has been asked before - but not for evolution 10 I think.
I have added a graphic to my email styles and miodels in Advanced settings - see fiel attached to the next post - but it does not show up either in outlook or in gmail - even when I ask for the graphic to be downloaded. I have tried this with png jpg and gif

Hello Duncan,
The easy reply would be to ask you if your e-mail software won't block external images from e-mail messages.
But I would ask you which is your host as probably the image is missing because the host won't allow sending attachments via PHP.
For example, you could try to modify your form and check the option 'send data in CSV format'. I wonder if you would get the CSV in the e-mail sent. Please let us know.
